Kia ora koutou whānau – Based on suggestions from previous hui, we have developed this pain management programme to help you and your whānau. We know from ongoing research, that whānau with persistent pain are less likely to go to the doctor, feel judged when they do try to get help, and find it hard to access pain services.

The purpose of this programme is to support and encourage you and your whānau to make positive changes in your life with pain. The programme has been developed based on your feedback and input from a team of health professionals; physiotherapists, occupational therapists, clinical psychologists and doctors.
